DESCRIPTION:Saturday mornings filled with lively family expeditions at the Fairmount Water Works site along the Schuylkill River! \nExplore the area with guided water-related activities. The fun continues with take-home books and kits full of water-themed activities to do in your neighborhood. \nDates: July 8\, 15\, 22\, 29\, rain or shine\nTime: 10am- 12noon (meet across from the Fountain of the Sea Horses at 10 am) \nOptional round-trip (school) bus transportation will be provided for those traveling from the adjacent Strawberry Mansion neighborhood. Bus departs at 9:30 am outside Mander Playground (33rd & Diamond Streets)\, and leaves from the Fairmount Water Works at 12noon. \nThis free program is for families with children 2-8 years old. All siblings welcome. \nRegistration required.

He may also be joined with a small group of artists who are featured in this special exhibition themed on flooding and Global Climate Change. \nTour runs approximately 45 minutes. \nFWWIC VISITOR HOURS: Wednesday – Saturday (10am – 5pm)  \nADMISSION: Free to all.
