Our summer newsletter is here!
Summer is flowing by as the FWWIC welcomes a wide range of visitors. We’re continuing our Pop-Up Science activities (you never know where you’ll find us next!), lots of special events and, of course, our popular Science Saturdays and Sunday Cinemas. You’ll find tours inside and out of our site and around the city; ways to experience the Schuylkill River that runs right past our doors; and a creative visual installation about the challenges of global water.

We’re seeing more and more visitors become involved, as tour guides and in other ways that support our science programming. Even if you’re not a science buff, you might be surprised at how this wonderful place will grab your imagination!
We hope the rest of your summer is a fun, safe, and healthy one. As we move towards autumn, we’re preparing for campers to leave and our classroom students to return. They’ll find even more ways to become excited about being a steward of our urban watershed.
Please join us for a wonderful experience for discoverers of all ages and interests. We look forward to seeing you at the FWWIC soon!
