Philly Fun Fishing Fest 2024

 Fishing Fest is set for Saturday, September 7th!

Join us from 7 to 11 a.m. at the Schuylkill Banks between Locust and Chestnut Streets. Online pre-registration is open through September 5th.

Enjoy a morning of free catch-and-release fishing and friendly competition at the Schuylkill Banks (on the Schuylkill River Trail between Locust and Chestnut Streets). 

The Fishing Fest is for anglers of all ages and levels of experience. No fishing license is required during the competition. Fishing gear will be available for loan on a first-come, first-served basis.

There will be awards given in various categories.

The awards ceremony starts at 11:30 a.m.

• Event is ADA accessible
• Bring your own snacks & refreshments
